amazing staff,very helpful, clean and bright hotel, good location,very close to main square, you can have two weeks stay in krakow , for the cost of a similar one week stay in a comparable hotel in the uk,great public transport 60 yards from hotel, the hotel staff organized my excursions, with no problems,so i have no hesitation in booking another holiday at the hotel alexander.
